This page provides links to websites that I have found useful in my cyber-journey of espresso discovery. If you know of any other urls that deserve to be here - particularly ones relevant to the UK - please let me know. Links are placed in alphabetical order.

Coffee Geek: One of the best places to learn about espresso and espresso equipment. US based as you would expect, so UK visitors have to get used to reading about stuff without being able to get hold of it.

Hill and Valley Coffee: These guys are pretty serious about their coffee. They have won awards, and are well known to the denizens of alt.coffee which is a good recommendation in itself. I particularly like their Tongkonan and San Giorgio espresso blends. I should like their e.caffe, given that it is supposed to be roasted in a Northern Italian style, but for some reason I have not managed to get on with it. They also sell the Rancilio Silvia (if only I'd known when I had money to burn on an espresso machine).

Union Roasters: The best roasted coffee available in the UK, at least that I have come across so far. Excellent blends, and a great service. I particularly like their Light Note Blend, which produces a smooth rounded espresso with an excellent balance of acidity and bitterness.
