Whiskey Sour

A perfect blend of bourbon and citrus smoothed by egg white.

• 2 shots Woodford Reserve Bourbon
• 1 shot Lemon juice
• 1/2 shot Sugar syrup
• 3 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 shot Egg white
• Garnish: Lemon slice and cherry sail

Shake ingredients with ice and strain into an ice-filled glass.
