A lighter port that can be drunk slightly chilled before or after a meal any time of year.

2 shots Absolut Vodka
4 shots Tomato juice
1/2 shot Lemon juice
8 drops Tabasco sauce
4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
1/2 spoon Horseradish sauce
1/2 shot Tawny port
2 pinches Celery salt
2 pinches Black pepper
Garnish: Celery stick
Old-fashioned

1 1/2 shots Rémy Martin cognac
1 1/2 shots Tawny port
1/2 shot Grand Marnier
1/4 shot Vanilla sugar syrup

A variation on the old-fashioned.
1 1/2 shots Woodford Reserve Bourbon
3/4 shot Aged rum
3/4 shot Tawny port
1 dash Fee Brothers orange bitters
1 dash Angostura bitters
Garnish: Orange zest twist
