Plymouth gin

Juniper dominates but the other flavourings provide a wonderful herbal freshness. The strongest and best gin available.

Here are all the cocktails that you can make with this ingredient:

Martini
Aviator
A traditional cocktail for grown ups.
1 shot Plymouth gin
1 shot Dry vermouth
1 shot Sweet vermouth
1 shot Dubonnet Red
Garnish: Lemon zest twist
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.

Martini
Breakfast Martini
A well balanced martini, and you must use a good sharp marmalade to make this one work.
2 shots Plymouth gin
1 shot Cointreau
1 spoon Orange marmalade
1 shot Lemon juice
Garnish: Orange zest twist
Stir the marmalade with the gin until it has dissolved, or as much as it is going to. Add other ingredients, shake and fine strain into glass.

Dry Martini
The quintessential cocktail, perfect as a slow sipping aperitif. I must admit to liking mine quite wet.

2 1/2 shots Plymouth gin
2 dashes Fee Brothers orange bitters
Garnish: Lemon zest twist
Stir ingredients with ice until the desired dilution is reached and strain into a chilled glass.
