Used in cocktails that need a little dilution, can be omitted if your ice is wet or by giving your cocktail an longer shake.

1 shot Teichenne butterscotch schnapps
1/2 shot Lime juice
1/2 shot Chilled water

A great daiquiri variation, the cherry and hazelnut flavours are quite subtle.
2 shots Havana Club light rum
3/4 shot Luxardo maraschino liqueur
1 1/2 shots Frangelico hazelnut liqueur
1/2 shot Lime juice
1/2 shot Chilled water

2 shots Woodford Reserve Bourbon
1/2 shot Luxardo maraschino liqueur
2 dashes Angostura bitters
2 dashes Fee Brothers orange bitters
1/2 shot Chilled water
Garnish: Maraschino cherry

Grand Sidecar
A twist on the classic.
2 1/2 shots Grand Marnier
1 shot Lemon juice
1/2 shot Chilled water
Garnish: Orange zest twist
