Hearst Martini

A wet martini, the sweet vermouth works well with the gin to make an aromatic cocktail.

• 2 shots Plymouth gin
• 1 shot Sweet vermouth
• 1 dash Fee Brothers orange bitters
• 1 dash Angostura bitters
• Garnish: Orange zest twist

Stir the ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.
