Switching St-Germain for sweet vermouth makes for a perfumed and approachable Manhattan.

• 2 shots Woodford Reserve Bourbon
• 1 shot St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
• 1/2 shot Dry vermouth
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• Garnish: Maraschino cherry

Shake ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass.
