Dry Martini
The quintessential cocktail, perfect as a slow sipping aperitif. I must admit to liking mine quite wet.
- 3/4 shot Dry vermouth
- 2 1/2 shots Plymouth gin
- 2 dashes Fee Brothers orange bitters
- Garnish: Lemon zest twist
Stir ingredients with ice until the desired dilution is reached and strain into a chilled glass.
